As a Security Operations Engineer, you will support Security Operations Centre (SOC) activities, including security monitoring, incident investigation, threat hunting, and incident response.

Job Description

The Manager, Risk & Compliance is a new role at Hafnia, to be based in Singapore or Copenhagen and part of the Governance, Risk & Compliance pillar within the Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG team. The team works closely with Hafnia's Leadership Group across three pillars to enable strategic execution, safeguard the organization through robust governance and risk oversight, and embed sustainability across the business.

The role reports to the Senior Manager, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance. During an initial transition period, the role will report directly to the Head of Executive Projects, Compliance & ESG.

This position will play a critical role in operating Hafnia's risk management framework and Corporate Compliance Program, driving compliance efforts and managing enterprise risks. It involves guiding departments and maintaining oversight on compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to sanctions, anti-corruption, anti-trust, anti-money laundering, GDPR, and business ethics. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, the systems engineer will provide engineering design, technical configuration, drawing of various telecommunication systems.

As the APAC Subscriptions Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic evolution of co-marketing efforts with our most critical regional partners. This is a high impact, full time role designed for a builder who can move between high level strategy and deep operational execution.

You will be responsible for elevating the quality of co-marketing activations to drive paid starts and long term value. A significant portion of this role involves incubating net new workcstreams, moving beyond traditional bundles to find innovative ways to integrate the YouTube value proposition into partner ecosystems. • Lead end-to-end marketing strategy for APAC Subscription partnerships. Develop and execute joint GTM plans aligning YouTube Premium and Music with partner business objectives.
• Identify, pilot, and expand net-new co-marketing opportunities. Experiment with new distribution models, deep product-level integrations, and lifecycle marketing within partner platforms.
• Collaborate with partners’ cross-functional teams to understand internal mechanics. Analyze partner-run initiatives to optimize user journeys, improve creative performance, and reduce funnel friction.
• Act as the strategic connector between Global Subscriptions Partnerships and APAC local leads. Advocate regional requirements and share local innovations to influence global strategy.
• Manage the APAC performance source of truth. Track, analyze, and report on partner initiative efficiency, leveraging data to dictate where to invest or pivot resources.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in marketing working across one or more marketing fields (i.e. growth, product marketing, brand marketing, social).
• Experience managing marketing initiatives across multiple markets within the digital landscape in APAC markets.

Preferred qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Marketing, with a focus on Partnerships, Growth, or Performance Marketing within the APAC region.
• Experience incubating new projects, moving from a blank slide to a pilot program and eventual regional level.
• Knowledge of the subscription lifecycle, including trial to paid conversion, and Lifetime Value (LTV) optimization.
• Ability to influence global product and marketing roadmaps from a regional position using data driven insights.

Technology Architecture Strategy & Governance

• Define, maintain, and evolve the technology architecture blueprint aligned with AIA Singapore’s business strategy.

• Establish architecture standards, patterns, principles, and guardrails across application, data, integration, and security domains.

• Lead the evaluation and selection of technologies, platforms, and tools to support future‑state architecture.

• Drive adoption of Group architecture frameworks and ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

Architecture Planning & Roadmap Execution

• Work closely with business, technology, and AIA Group teams to develop multi‑year architecture roadmaps.

• Guide the modernization of legacy systems toward -native, scalable, API-driven architectures.

• Partner with product and engineering leaders to design target-state architectures for major programs and initiatives.

• Ensure architectural designs deliver performance, scalability, security, resilience, and operational efficiency.

Technology Design Leadership

• Provide leadership for technology design across major organisational initiatives, from concept to delivery.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE

• 8 to 10+ years of experience in technology architecture or technical leadership roles.

• Strong architectural expertise across:

  • Application architecture (microservices, event-driven architecture, APIs).

  • Data and integration architecture (data platforms, streaming, ETL/ELT, API gateway).

  • Security and infrastructure fundamentals.

• Proven track record defining technology architecture frameworks and governing large-scale technology ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of SDLC, engineering practices, DevOps, and -native development.
