• 具備地坪施工流程及樁基工程經驗。
• 具備建築資訊模型（BIM）流程經驗者優先考慮。
• 具備良好的專案會計知識與理解能力
• 積極主動、足智多謀、盡職盡責、以結果為導向
• 熟悉 Microsoft Project、Microsoft Excel、Autocad。

Task

• Receiving, cataloguing, and storing incoming goods and materials in the warehouse
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels using our inventory management system
• Picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers in a timely and accurate manner
• Conducting regular stock checks and reporting any discrepancies or issues
• Assisting with the organisation and maintenance of the warehouse layout and storage areas
• Providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the logistics team with any other tasks as required

Requirement

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar store or warehouse clerk role
• Proficient in using computer
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with colleagues and customers
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
