Tanggungjawab Kerja

1.⁠ ⁠Pemerolehan Hartanah & Pembangunan Perniagaan

•⁠ ⁠Kenal pasti dan hubungi pemilik hartanah, pelabur, tuan tanah dan pemaju untuk memperkenalkan perkhidmatan pengurusan sewa jangka pendek COBNB.

•⁠ ⁠Jana bakal pelanggan baharu melalui rangkaian, rujukan, panggilan sejuk, media sosial, pameran hartanah dan acara industri.

•⁠ ⁠Menjalankan pembentangan jualan dan rundingan dengan bakal pelanggan.

•⁠ ⁠Uruskan kitaran jualan penuh daripada penjanaan bakal pelanggan hinggalah pemeteraian kontrak.

•⁠ ⁠Merundingkan dan memuktamadkan perjanjian pengurusan harta.

•⁠ ⁠Mencapai sasaran pemerolehan bulanan dan suku tahunan.

2.⁠ ⁠Pengurusan Perhubungan

•⁠ ⁠Membina dan mengekalkan hubungan jangka panjang dengan pemilik hartanah, ejen dan rakan kongsi perniagaan.

•⁠ ⁠Bertindak sebagai titik hubungan utama semasa proses onboarding.

•⁠ ⁠Memastikan pengalaman dan kepuasan pelanggan yang cemerlang.

•⁠ ⁠Membangunkan perkongsian strategik dengan agensi hartanah dan rakan kongsi rujukan.

3.⁠ ⁠Kajian & Strategi Pasaran

•⁠ ⁠Pantau trend pasaran, kadar penghunian, prestasi sewaan dan aktiviti pesaing.

•⁠ ⁠Kenal pasti peluang pertumbuhan baharu dan pasaran sasaran.

•⁠ ⁠Memberikan maklum balas dan cadangan pasaran kepada pihak pengurusan.

•⁠ ⁠Menyediakan laporan jualan, ramalan dan kemas kini pembangunan perniagaan.

4.⁠ ⁠Koordinasi Dalaman

•⁠ ⁠Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan Operasi, Pemasaran dan Khidmat Pelanggan untuk memastikan proses onboarding unit yang lancar.

•⁠ ⁠Menyelaras pemeriksaan harta, dokumentasi dan proses penyerahan.

•⁠ ⁠Kekalkan rekod tepat tentang bakal pelanggan, peluang dan perjanjian yang ditandatangani dalam sistem CRM.

Keperluan Kerja:

•⁠ ⁠Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Perniagaan, Pemasaran, Hospitaliti, Hartanah atau bidang berkaitan.

•⁠ ⁠Pengalaman dalam jualan, pembangunan perniagaan, hartanah, hospitaliti atau pengurusan hartanah adalah satu kelebihan tambahan.

•⁠ ⁠Kemahiran komunikasi, rundingan dan pembentangan yang mantap.

•⁠ ⁠Personaliti yang bermotivasi kendiri dan berorientasikan sasaran.

•⁠ ⁠Kebolehan untuk bekerja secara bebas dan sebagai sebahagian daripada pasukan.
