• Present design concepts through impactful and visually compelling illustrations to effectively communicate ideas to stakeholders and audiences.

• Utilize 3D modelling, texturing, mapping, and rendering techniques to create high-quality graphics, visual effects, and animations.

• Analyze project requirements and contribute innovative and practical design ideas during the conceptual development stage.

• Receive and incorporate feedback from directors, project leads, designers, and clients, making revisions to improve and finalize design outputs.

• Prepare detailed technical drawings and documentation as required, and manage design development from concept to completion when necessary.

• Support the production team in on-site inspections, event setups, or physical installations as needed.

• Troubleshoot design and production issues that may arise throughout the project lifecycle to ensure smooth execution and delivery.

• Ensure all designs comply with brand guidelines, safety standards, and relevant industry regulations.

• Ensure timely completion of design deliverables in accordance with project schedules and deadlines

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, 3D Design, or a related creative field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in 3D design, preferably within the events or experiential design industry.
• Mandarin speaking required to deal with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Manage full set of accounts following accounting principles.
• Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
• Cash Flow management and taxation.
• Audit financial transactions and document accounting control procedures.
• Keep up with financial policies, regulation and legislation.
• Any other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
• Payroll & Administration Skills in HR Related Matters.

Requirements:

• Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA).
• Proven 3 years working experience in accounting or in a relevant field.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures.
• Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software (Preferably SQL).
• Attention to detail and confidentiality, highly organized and work well under pressure.
