The role involves managing enquiries from clients, floaters, and cleaners, coordinating work schedules, handling feedback, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operational workflow. • Site Valuations: Visit project sites regularly to conduct physical measurements, joint measurements, and accurate assessments of work done for payment evaluations.

• Meeting Representation: Coordinate, facilitate, and actively attend site and commercial meetings with project stakeholders.

• Variations & Final Accounts: Manage, negotiate, and settle Variation Orders (VOs) and Final Accounts for clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.

• Project Ownership: Independently handle individual construction projects as assigned by management from inception to final account closure.

4. Corporate & System Compliance

• Integrated Management System (IMS): Strictly implement and adhere to all corporate procedures and quality benchmarks under ISO 9001 (Quality), ISO 14001 (Environmental), and ISO 45001 (Workplace Safety & Health).

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Building, or a related built-environment discipline.

• Experience: * Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in quantity surveying and commercial contracts management within the construction sector.

• Technical Knowledge:
