We are seeking a visionary and commercially driven Chief Executive Officer to lead the strategic growth, operational excellence and long-term development of our wellness and traditional therapy business in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and strategic direction for the company’s business operations, growth plans and organisational development.
- Develop and execute the company’s business strategy to achieve sustainable revenue growth, operational efficiency and long-term profitability.
- Oversee multi-outlet operations, service quality, manpower planning, business expansion and financial performance.
- Lead senior management and outlet leadership teams in implementing company goals, policies and performance targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships and business development initiatives to strengthen the company’s market position.
- Review business performance, financial reports, operational KPIs and market trends, and make high-level decisions to improve competitiveness.
- Ensure that the company operates in compliance with applicable laws, regulations and internal governance standards.
- Build and strengthen the company’s organisational structure, management systems and leadership capabilities.
- Represent the company in key business discussions, corporate partnerships and stakeholder engagements.
- Drive a strong service culture focused on customer satisfaction, operational discipline and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing or a related field. A Master’s degree will be an advantage.
- Minimum 8 to 10 years of senior management or executive leadership experience in business operations, general management, commercial leadership or corporate development.
- Proven track record in leading business growth, operational transformation and multi-team management.
- Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in service, retail, hospitality, healthcare, wellness or multi-outlet business environments will be an advantage.
- Ability to lead business expansion, strengthen corporate governance and drive long-term organisational growth.
