· Have ability to take ownership of hotel property
· Knowledge of cleaning process and sterilizing of cold room, dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning, banquet food plating order and food running
· Able to work on weekends and festive holidays
· Experience in a 5-star hotel is a must
· Work closely with another department in the hotel
· Provide a supportive role and flexible manner with another department
· Conduct inventory of hotel operating equipment
· Liaise with the F&B Department and Culinary on daily operations
· Hands-on leader who is proactive and can lead and guide a team efficiently
· Understand Banquet events and forecast, outside-catering functions. Experience with major events like F1 race will be an added advantage
· Ensure compliance with HACCP standard
· Control and manage chemical cost
