About the opportunity 

We are looking for a techno-functional Low Code Support Analyst specializing in OutSystems to join our team. Join a growing advanced manufacturing group supporting aerospace, medical, energy, and industrial sectors. Lead regional costing and manufacturing finance initiatives to enhance costing methodology, improve cost visibility, and influence operational and financial performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Review and standardize costing practices across multiple manufacturing sites to build a consistent group-wide costing methodology
• Analyze manufacturing costs including material cost, labour hours, machine utilisation, overhead allocation, scrap, rework, and yield to improve cost visibility
• Conduct variance analysis, inventory valuation, margin analysis, and support cost reduction initiatives to enhance financial performance
• Collaborate with plant finance teams, operations, supply chain, engineering, and site leadership to align costing and financial processes
• Support ERP-related process improvements and system implementation or upgrades related to costing and manufacturing finance
• Translate operational issues into clear financial analysis and practical recommendations for senior stakeholders
• Manage regional responsibilities with approximately 30% travel to manufacturing sites across Asia and Europe

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Prior experience in precision engineering, electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, aerospace, EMS, or advanced manufacturing
• Exposure to IFRS or equivalent accounting standards relevant to inventory, costing, and manufacturing finance
• Experience with ERP systems supporting costing or manufacturing finance workstreams
• Regional or multi-site manufacturing finance experience
• Strong communication skills to engage cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, engineering, procurement, and finance

Job Overview: The Shop Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop and ensuring efficient and effective sales performance. Key Responsibilities:

5. Visual Merchandising:Oversee the shop's visual presentation and ensure it meets brand standards.
   Implement attractive and engaging displays to drive sales and customer interest.
   
6. Sales Reporting:Prepare and present regular sales reports to management, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales analytics.
   Provide insights and recommendations for business improvement based on the sales data.
   
7. Marketing and Promotions:Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute sales promotions and events.
   Utilize social media and other marketing channels to drive traffic and increase sales.
   
8. Compliance and Policies:Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
   Maintain a safe and clean shop environment, following health and safety guidelines.
