Reporting to the Manager, Singapore, this role will offer an opportunity for you to broaden your knowledge and skills related to e-Commerce payment solutions as you will be tasked to lead payment gateway integrations, to provide technical support to clients by understanding their payment processing requirements and designing appropriate solutions and to maneuver internally to obtain the development resources necessary to meet merchant needs. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders locally and regionally which includes business partners, third party vendors and development teams to design and deliver IT solutions that enable the e-Commerce business unit to achieve results.

Merchant Support, your primary responsibility will include but not limited to

the following:

• To support business development efforts during pre-sales, implementation, and post-sales support by:

- providing technical expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

- designing and presenting ecommerce solutions for clients and partners

- conducting internal and external training

• Point of contact point between technology team and business / product development
• team technical issues/bugs.
• Able to decipher/decoded merchant logs and troubleshoot.
• To review and coordinate the enhancement of partner solutions, also ensuring that relevant technical documentation and materials are up to date.
• To work with other teams within the company for multi-country solutions
• Assist with merchant integration and support integration related queries, deciphering/decoding merchant logs and troubleshoot
• Monitor daily batch jobs and operational functions within the systems
• Manage merchant helpdesk or merchant/customer issues and maintain work with technical teams to provide visibility on the issue and resolution (including providing the
• RCA).
• System monitoring and SLA follow ups.
• Assist with ad-hoc special projects integration and monitor stability (can be 24/7 for a period), specially for L1 cases

• 3 years working experience in payment, retail or IT solutions vendors
• Extensive pre-sales / post –sales or consulting experience
• Experience in fintech, payment gateway would be an advantage

The part you will play

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing the ecommerce business of one or multiple brands across all ecommerce platforms in Malaysia. As the brand’s main point of contact and trusted advisor, you create the ecommerce strategy and annual plans for your brands and take ownership of their business like it is yours. You negotiate with brand and platform stakeholders to maximize the attractiveness of propositions for consumers and exposure for the brand, in order to grow the business. You have a firm grasp of e-commerce fundamentals, digital marketing, campaign development and the growth levers that the different marketplaces offer. You coordinate with our different in-house teams and ensure that collectively you make your brand(s) successful. You are responsible for account NMV and revenue growth and work closely with the business development team to explore how your brands can benefit from additional services. 

As a Key Account Manager, you will take charge of 

Grow Account NMV and Revenue:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase the Net Merchandise Value (NMV) and overall revenue of key accounts.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Conduct monthly, weekly and post mortem business review to assess account performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within key accounts.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive account growth.

Promo Planning / Alignment:

• Develop and execute promotional plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams.

Client Coordination:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key account clients.

Platform Coordination:

• Act as the primary liaison between the company and platform partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

You will drive AI adoption within the regional video team, standardize workflows, and enable scalable, high-quality content creation for eCommerce and social commerce brands.

As a Regional AI Video Content Manager, you will take charge of:

AI-Led Video Production Strategy

• Leverage artificial intelligence tools, agentic AI systems, and automation to accelerate video production workflows

• Support the Regional Head of Video Content in implementing AI-powered strategies across Southeast Asian markets

Productivity Optimization & Operational Excellence

Partner Relations

What we are looking for - the ideal profile

• Experience: 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce operations or account management. Experience in FMCG or high-volume retail is a plus.
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Business Advisor, and/or TikTok Shop Seller Center is essential.
• Operational Rigor: Highly organized with a "zero-defect" mindset regarding pricing and stock management.
• Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) to manage large sets of SKU data and sales reports.

Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and hands-on Talent Acquisition professional to lead end-to-end hiring and support talent strategy across the organisation. This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent, while continuously improving recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across functions (tech, commercial, operations, etc.)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define hiring strategies
• Drive sourcing efforts via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure strong quality of hire
• Manage offer process including salary benchmarking, negotiation, and closing

2. Stakeholder Management

• Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers and leadership teams
• Provide market insights on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring challenges
• Influence and guide stakeholders on hiring decisions and timelines

3. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
• Leverage employer branding initiatives to strengthen talent attraction

4. Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement

• Track and report hiring metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline health)
• Identify gaps and drive improvements in recruitment processes and tools
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey

5. Employer Branding & Projects

• Support employer branding initiatives across social media and career platforms
• Partner with marketing or HR teams on recruitment campaigns and events
• Lead or contribute to TA-related projects (e.g. ATS implementation, campus hiring, referral programs)

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 4–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Proven track record of hiring across multiple functions or seniority levels
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented

The Flexi Group, a fast-growing co-working company, is seeking a creative and dynamic Assistant Marketing Manager to join our high-performing marketing team. In this expansive and multifaceted role, you will be closely involved in the development and execution of campaigns designed to promote the Flexi Group brand and services across all markets.

As the Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be a self-starter, idea-generator, and problem-solver, ready to tackle a multitude of challenging projects and overcome obstacles in innovative ways.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, member acquisition, and member retention
• Manage all digital marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and online advertising
• Oversee website content, design, and user experience to optimize for lead generation and conversions
• Grow our social media presence and engagement across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok and Facebook
• Oversee email newsletters, ensure they are developed and sent appropriately targeted campaigns to our member database
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and others
• Manage a junior marketing team, providing coaching and mentorship to help them grow
• Develop a content strategy and consistently create compelling content such as blogs, partnership spotlights and event promotions
• Write, edit, and publish engaging copy for various marketing assets
• Collaborate with the artwork team to ensure content is visually appealing and on-brand
• Build and nurture strategic partnerships with complementary organizations
• Identify potential partner companies and cultivate mutually beneficial relationships
• Coordinate co-marketing initiatives like cross-promotions, event sponsorships, and content sharing
• Oversee marketing budget and KPIs, optimizing spend and measuring campaign performance
• Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to inform campaign optimization and future strategy
• Prepare monthly reports and presentations for key stakeholders

• University Degree holder in Marketing, communications, or any related discipline preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
• Native English speaker, any additional languages would be an advantage
• Strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating content for a variety of channels
• Creative, solution-oriented and fast learner
• Experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Ads & Facebook Business Manager 
• Experienced in managing search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns, including Google Ads and other paid search platforms
• Familiar with social media management platforms (such as Facebook Business Manager) and proven track record of implementing successful social media marketing (SMM) strategies

• Oversee end-to-end finance process of bank reconciliations for receipts and payments to merchants
• Work closely with different stakeholders in resolving reconciliation matters with acquirers and partners
• Assist in Monthly Closing of the Accounts
• Preparing Invoices for new/ existing merchants
• Credit Control on Outstanding Receivables
• Assist in Annual Audit and other reporting requirements

• Experienced in fintech industry would be added advantage.
• Possess minimum a Degree qualification in Accounting or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel. Experience in Oracle Netsuite will be an added advantage
• Able to work under minimal supervision, having sense of urgency and accountability
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and work with large data sets.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
