Corgan is actively recruiting a dynamic Studio Leader to join the firm as part of our Aviation +Transportation team at our Singapore office. Tackle these responsibilities alongside a team of creative, highly motivated individuals who are passionate about their work and ready to collaborate to achieve outstanding results. Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development and implementation of projects, while also pursuing business development efforts.
• Collaborate and strategize with our Aviation + Transportation Leadership and other leadership on project pursuits to maintain existing client relationships and establish new business
• Commitment to design excellence and ingenuity, as well as outstanding service to existing and new clients
• Establish credibility through strong project management skills in the Aviation + Transportation market sector
• Exceed client and business objectives by inspiring and motivating a team, developing their skills and encouraging professional growth to continue cultivating our Aviation presence
• Provide high level guidance to project teams throughout all project phases

Qualifications

• Master of Architecture
• Registered Architect with the BOA or other international equivalent 
• 15+ years experience that includes Aviation project experience in the region (required)
• Passion for driving business development for this studio with demonstrated experience doing so (required)
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD and other graphics-related programs preferred
• Qualified candidates should exhibit a strong aptitude for business development, strategic leadership skills, presentation skills and high self-motivation
• Must have convincing conceptual design skills as well as an entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to collaborate in team environment with clients of all calibers
• Flexible attitude and high energy

About the Company

IndoSoup Padang Pte Ltd is a dynamic Singapore-based company operating Indonesian Padang based restaurant which have few branches all over Singapore which includes F&B (restaurant operations) We are expanding our operations and seeking a highly capable Accounting Manager to oversee financial management, compliance, and reporting functions across our business units.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)
• Manage cash flow planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Ensure compliance with IRAS, ACRA, GST submissions, and corporate tax requirements
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory authorities
• Monitor and improve internal financial controls and accounting systems
• Supervise and guide accounting staff to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Support management with financial analysis and strategic decision-making
• Handle payroll, CPF contributions, and staff-related financial matters
• Assist in cost control and profitability analysis across business units

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, GST, and tax regulations
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB)
• High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple business units
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Prior experience in F&B businesses is an advantage
