Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in retail, industry, or key account sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• At least 2 years of team management experience
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with retail store operations and systems
• Class 3 driving license with minimum 3 years of driving experience to test drive products with client.

Responsibilities

• Plan and monitor project schedules to ensure smooth daily operations and timely progress
• Develop, compile, and deliver detailed site progress reports to stakeholders
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Manage contract administration to ensure projects meet contractual requirements
• Ensure projects are completed within budget, on time, and meet customer quality standards
• Apply knowledge of BCA and relevant authority regulations to maintain compliance
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management to coordinate project activities
• Demonstrate leadership by organizing resources, taking initiative, and making analytical decisions independently

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in Civil, Building, Structural, or Construction Management from a recognized institution
