Job Summary

Office Manager cum Legal Secretary supporting daily legal operations and office administration in a fast-paced law firm environment.

Responsibilities

• Support lawyers by managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth legal processes
• Perform office administration and reception duties to maintain efficient office workflow
• Track disbursements and process billing by issuing bills and receipts accurately
• Manage payments and banking transactions to maintain financial accuracy
• Conduct legal and property searches to support case preparation
• Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy cause papers and legal documents for easy retrieval
• Prepare monthly accounting reports to assist financial oversight
• Execute other assignments as delegated to support firm operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• GCE “A” Level or Law Diploma or higher educational qualification
• Proficient in eLitigation, Microsoft Office, CoreMatter, and PDF applications for legal and administrative tasks
• Prior experience working in a law firm environment is advantageous

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate and schedule video and photo shoots.

• Liaise with sales persons and clients to understand project goals, timeline, and requirements.

• Ensure projects stay within cost and business expense limits.

• Ensure creative direction aligns with client expectations.

• Manage project assignments according to timeline and priorities.

• Ensure crew members respond to clients in a timely manner.

• Review and approve drafts before client submission.

• Ensure timely delivery of final files according to project schedules.

It is a plus to have the following:

• Experience with MacOS, Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, Final Cut Pro, Capcut 

• Oriented with AI apps

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years work experience

• Willing to travel overseas for up to 5 days

• Good eye for photography and videography

• Possess good customer relations, communications and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
