Project Manager is required to build strong relationships between Product Engineering applications/services, Product Management, as well as various Business Operations, Finance, and Executives alike. Strong communication skills are a must.
Responsibilities will include establishing commitments from dependencies, ensuring high-quality deliveries, and increasing the productivity and velocity of the team to implement strategy and execution.

Responsibilities:

• Support the planning and execution of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment to project goals, timelines, and business requirements. Track deliverables and resolve issues to maintain forward momentum.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other partner teams to define scope, dependencies, and timelines. Act as a liaison to ensure shared understanding and alignment across teams.
• Maintain program documentation, facilitate team meetings, and support risk and issue tracking. Escalate risks or blockers appropriately to ensure timely resolution.
• Identify and assess changes, and manage them through the established change management process.
• Provide clear, concise program updates to stakeholders and team members. Consolidate inputs and data into meaningful status reports and dashboards.
• Contribute to improving project delivery methodologies, tools, and best practices. Recommend process adjustments to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Leverage your technical knowledge to understand solution approaches, dependencies, and trade-offs. Participate in technical discussions and assist in translating requirements into actionable plans.
• Support onboarding of new team members and share knowledge of tools, processes, and domain expertise. Contribute to a collaborative team culture.
