• Support the development, maintenance, and assessment of internal controls relating to accounting and financial reporting systems.

• Manage accounting and reporting requirements under US GAAP and local GAAP.

• Support ad hoc finance projects as required.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) environment.

• Professional accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CPA.

• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SOX Compliance.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or an MBA.

• Big 4 or similar practice accounting background would be advantageous.

• Knowledge of IFRS accounting principles and practices.

• Experience working with internal and external auditors.

• Experience with Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Experience within the biotech or pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage.
