2. To assist and support Brand Manager on planning, compiling, preparing and analyzing the following reports :

- Daily sales target setting.

- Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly sales review.

- Monthly MIS report and analysis.

- P&L reports & findings and analysis.

- Tracking of APD (Advertising Promotion Demonstration cost) spending on monthly basis.

- Monthly launches vs. delivery schedule.

- Generating stocks vs. stock target reports (to provide measure to reduce stocks level).

- Generating stocks losses and defective goods report.

- To monitor stocks consolidation exercise based on sell thru / stocks closing on hand by channel. 

3. Coordinating with various departments for :

- Counter / Outlet renovation / opening.

- Tenancy Agreement (to monitor and to provide updates with proper filing).

- Warehouse and online coordination works. 

Qualifications

- Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail line. 

- Able to operate Microsoft Office.

- Proficient in Business English (to reply emails).

Tugas & Tanggungjawab

1. Untuk memantau dan menyelaras matlamat jualan & pemasaran, objektif untuk Jenama dan visi Syarikat.

- Untuk memantau pelaksanaan penyatuan saham berdasarkan jualan terus / penutupan saham secara langsung mengikut saluran.

Ini merupakan sebuah syarikat pengangkutan dan logistik bersepadu yang menyediakan perkhidmatan penghantaran barang dan logistik antarabangsa merentasi benua Asia, Australia dan Eropah/Amerika. Pada masa ini, mereka mempunyai peluang untuk orang yang tepat untuk menguruskan kemudahan 3PL mereka yang terletak di Pelabuhan Utara (dan Pelabuhan Barat) di kawasan Pelabuhan Klang. Mereka sedang mencari pemimpin yang berpengalaman dan memberi inspirasi untuk memimpin pasukan operasi gudang di Pelabuhan Utara dan Pelabuhan Barat, Pelabuhan Klang.

Peranan & Tanggungjawab

Sebagai Penolong Pengurus untuk aktiviti operasi gudang, peranannya bersifat praktikal dan pelbagai, dan adalah penting kepimpinan ditunjukkan melalui pendekatan praktikal terhadap semua aspek yang melibatkan pengambilan dan pembungkusan pesanan pelanggan dalam persekitaran yang padat dan bertekanan tinggi, mengekalkan gudang yang bersih dan kemas, serta penghantaran barang menggunakan perisian berkomputer. Peranan ini memerlukan Pengurus Operasi Gudang untuk menggantikannya apabila diperlukan.

Tanggungjawab keseluruhannya ialah:

*Mengurus dan bertanggungjawab menyelia aktiviti operasi harian gudang.

*Mengurus dan mengarah operasi/penghantaran masuk/keluar, menyelia fungsi inventori dan mengarah, memimpin dan menyemak semula pelaksanaan pelan kontingensi, jika perlu.

*Memastikan pesanan pelanggan dihantar mengikut perjanjian perkhidmatan yang dipersetujui.

*Mengurus dan menyelia satu pasukan kakitangan gudang bagi menjalankan dan menyokong aktiviti operasi harian, memastikan sistem pengedaran dan inventori yang berkesan dalam kemudahan logistik.

*Bertanggungjawab terhadap ketepatan inventori gudang keseluruhan dan pengambilan stok tahunan serta integriti.

*Memastikan semua operasi di gudang mematuhi piawaian keselamatan, alam sekitar dan kesihatan.

Keperluan: Profil calon

Calon ideal yang tepat untuk peranan kanan ini ialah seseorang yang teratur dengan pengalaman 5-8 tahun yang kukuh dalam operasi gudang, pengambilan dan pembungkusan, khidmat pelanggan atau persekitaran yang serupa, dan mempunyai keupayaan untuk berkomunikasi secara berkesan dengan pasukan dan pelanggan mereka.

-Warganegara Malaysia berumur 30-45 tahun.

-Mempunyai kelayakan Diploma dalam Pengurusan Rantaian Bekalan/Logistik atau Perniagaan.

-Lesen forklift adalah ideal, berguna dan bermanfaat.

-Pengalaman terdahulu dalam menguruskan kemudahan 3PL merupakan kelebihan yang besar dan akan dipertimbangkan dengan teliti.

-Mempunyai peranan penyeliaan yang terbukti dalam pengalaman terdahulu dalam menguruskan operasi gudang 3PL.

-Pengetahuan tentang kedua-dua amalan gudang dan logistik.

-Kemahiran komunikasi dan pengurusan orang yang baik.

-Kemahiran organisasi yang baik dan kebolehan untuk menyelia orang lain.

- Celik komputer dengan pengetahuan asas tentang aplikasi Excel, Word.
