ROLE OVERVIEW

WeCraft is rebuilding its design bench, and this is the anchor architectural hire. We are seeking a Senior Architectural Designer who can both lead design and technical authorship and act as Project Architect on site — taking architectural delivery off the founders across the studio’s live and upcoming projects. You will work closely with, and to the architectural direction of, the Principal Architect, interpreting and extending WeCraft’s design language and design standards while exercising sound independent judgement.

You will lead architectural documentation from concept through construction, set and uphold the studio’s drawing and BIM standards, coordinate consultants, and — critically — go to site to check built work against the drawings, resolve construction queries and protect design integrity through implementation. You will be the senior point of architectural quality in Singapore and a mentor to our growing offshore technical-design bench.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

—  Lead the architectural and interior-architectural documentation of projects from concept and design development through construction-ready and for-fabrication sets, to WeCraft’s drawing and quality standards.

—  Act as Project Architect on site: conduct site visits and inspections, check build quality and workmanship against the design drawings, resolve site queries, and safeguard design integrity through construction.

—  Own multi-consultant coordination (MEP, C&S and specialists) and resolve complex constructability and code questions.

Senior Sales Operation Executive FMCG
Work location : Woodland

Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations across Modern Trade accounts.
• Supervise merchandisers/sales representatives and monitor team performance.
• Plan and optimize routing schedules to maximize market coverage and productivity.
• Manage sales incentives and commission schemes to motivate and drive results.
• Coordinate and review promotional activities, campaigns, and secondary displays.
• Monitor product availability, pricing, placement, and promotions in key outlets.
• Conduct price mapping and provide updates on market trends and competitors.
• Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and managed using FIFO principles.
• Build and maintain good relationships with customers and key store personnel.
• Identify sales growth opportunities and support store improvement plans.
• Prepare sales reports, meeting decks, and process orders accurately.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and support negotiations for promotions, space buys, and product distribution.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the FMCG industry, preferably in Modern Trade.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly basic salary: up to S$3,500
• Monthly Transport allowance: S$1,150 + commission

Export Shipping Executive

• Working Days: Monday – Friday
• Working Hours: 08:00am - 05 :00pm
• Location: Jurong West
• Salary: $2,800 - $3,100 + $90 Transport Allowance

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant shipping/logistics experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office application 
• Knowledge of shipping documents and FTA certificate applications

Job Scope / Responsibilities:

• Handle export shipping duties and documentation for shipments to various countries
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and other shipment documents
• Apply for FTA certificates, health certificates, and other required forms
