Melakukan pengiraan kejuruteraan, termasuk:

Develop process solutions for pure water, ultra-pure water (UPW), wastewater treatment, and water reclamation systems based on client requirements and water quality data.
Evaluate and optimize treatment processes to achieve technical and economic objectives.
Prepare Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs), and process design documents.
Perform engineering calculations, including:
Water balance calculations
Chemical dosing calculations
Membrane system design
Tank sizing calculations
Hydraulic calculations
Sludge generation calculations
2. Equipment Selection and Cost Estimation
Select and specify major treatment equipment, including:
Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems
Ultrafiltration (UF) systems
Electrodeionization (EDI) systems
Mixed Bed systems
Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) systems
Moving Bed Biofilm Reactor (MBBR) systems

Responsibilities:
Plan daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
Schedule workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
Supervise and coach employees.
Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
Monitor production output according to specifications.
Submit reports on performance and progress.
Determine issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
Establish strict safety guidelines and company standards.
Requirements:
CAD software at least 5years (exp. AutoCAD)
Advanced skills in dial test indicator 0.002mm
Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
Familiarity in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
Basic skills in MS Office.
Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Exceptional problem-solving skills.
Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent; Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage.
