Freshworks is seeking a high-performing Enterprise Account Executive based in Sydney to drive strategic growth across the ANZ region.

This is a New Logo Acquisition focused role for a seasoned SaaS sales professional with a proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities while building trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders.

The ideal candidate brings experience selling enterprise software solutions such as ITSM, Employee Experience, Workflow Automation, Infrastructure Operations, or Digital Transformation platforms into complex enterprise environments.

You will play a pivotal role in expanding Freshworks' enterprise footprint across ANZ and helping establish Freshworks as a strategic technology partner for leading organizations in the region.

What You Will Do

Drive Enterprise Growth

• Own a designated ANZ territory and consistently exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

• Identify, engage, and close new enterprise and strategic accounts.

• Develop and execute territory plans that create predictable pipelines and sustainable growth.

Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle

• Manage complex sales opportunities from prospecting through negotiation and close.

• Navigate multi-stakeholder buying processes involving business and technical decision-makers.

• Build compelling business cases and value propositions that align with customer objectives.

Build Executive Relationships

• Engage with CIOs, CTOs, IT Leaders, Operations Executives, and other senior stakeholders.

• Establish credibility as a trusted advisor capable of addressing strategic business challenges.

• Position Freshworks solutions as drivers of operational efficiency, employee productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Create and Manage Pipeline

• Generate new opportunities through strategic prospecting, networking and market development activities.

• Maintain a healthy, data-driven pipeline with accurate forecasting and opportunity management.

• Consistently execute disciplined sales methodologies and account planning practices.

Collaborate Across Teams

• Partner closely with Solution Engineering, Marketing, Customer Success, Product teams/

• Contribute market intelligence and customer insights that influence go-to-market strategy.

• Represent Freshworks at customer meetings, industry events, and executive engagements across ANZ.

The CRM Account Executive will oversee the market success of ServiceNow's CRM & Industry (CRM&I) Workflow products, inclusive of CRM&I multi-workflow solutions (as prescribed). You will play a leading role in engaging assigned accounts and be responsible for creating new business and pipelines across a substantial portion of the ServiceNow sales cycle and methodology. You will oversee executive relationship management for assigned accounts and lead and partner with virtual teams, including Core Field, Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support and Professional Services. 

What you will get to do in this role: 

• Oversee worldwide development of assigned accounts, including the development and deployment of territory resources 
• Develop a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list and a regional sales plan for your assigned account and/or territory.
• Develop relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g. COO, CCO, CDO, CFO, CIO, CEO) across CRM&I product(s) and CRM&I multi-workflow solution(s).
• Arrange and conduct initial Executive and CxO discussions and position meetings
• Collaborate closely with your Solution Consulting counterpart and extended team to deliver ‘art of the possible’ demonstrations showcasing ServiceNow’s CRM&I Workflow product(s) & solution(s), orchestrating relationships as required.
• Develop a clear roadmap and build capabilities across our clients and ServiceNow teams to promote an outstanding customer experience 
• Be the trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future Customer Engagement & Operations roadmap to drive the ServiceNow CRM&I Workflow platform
• Lead opportunities all the while collaborating closely with Core Sales Teams (AE’s, SC’s, Leadership) and other ServiceNow Solution Areas (Employee, IT, Creator) to deliver outcomes-based solutions to our clients and prospects. 
• In partnership with the assigned Account Executive and Solution Consultant, present our CRM&I Workflows offering directly to prospects, customers, partners and at industry events and seminars
• Articulate customer success strategies to the field to streamline and standardise Platform presentations and value proposition
• Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams, with limited support from inside sales
• Sales process management and opportunity closure
• Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams

We are looking for a Senior Assistant Company Secretary to join our Secretariat team, reporting to Rest's Company Secretary you role will be to drive the strategic development and execution of initiatives that enhance governance and accountability. You will manage the day-to-day execution of high-quality secretariat services for a portfolio of board committees ensuring that they meet relevant regulatory and legal obligations.  

Enhance Governance and Accountability Framework

• Advise on and enhance the governance and accountability framework in collaboration with the General Manager
• Manage, maintain and enhance the delegations framework and relevant governance policies (Board Governance Policy, Fit and Proper Policy, Conflicts Management Policy, and Gifts and Benefits Policy)
• Monitor regulatory and legislative developments, advising on implementation strategies for required changes
• Provide technical advice, briefings and expertise on governance, accountability and emerging risks

Manage Board Committee Operations

• Manage the end-to-end operations of a portfolio of Board Committees, collaborating with relevant Chairs to promote effective and transparent operation
• Encourage timely implementation of committee decisions

Drive Governance Culture and Compliance

• Influence a robust and proactive governance and accountability culture through decision-making processes and strategic input
• Support the organisation in fulfilling its governance and accountability obligations
• Support the General Manager in driving continuous improvement in the management of statutory and compliance obligations

Provide Strategic Governance Advisory Support

• Build and foster trusted working relationships with senior management and directors
• Provide timely, commercially pragmatic governance and accountability advice across the organisation
