• Assist Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director in other aspects such as personal finance, social and community engagements
• Co-ordinate with senior managers on corporate activities

General Administration

• Prepare reports, letters, memos, proposals, presentations and other documents
• Document all correspondences neatly and securely, and ensure accessibility
• Organise and attend meetings, and record minutes
• Arrange travel activities of Executive Chairman & Group Managing Director, including visas and accommodations

People Management

• Supervise and verify attendance of dispatch cum personal driver assigned to Executive Chairman

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedures
• Familiar with research methods and reporting techniques
• High level of integrity and initiative
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized and energetic
