Job Summary
Act as the main point of contact for patients and stakeholders, coordinating appointments, admissions, and service requests to ensure a smooth and well-managed patient journey.
Job Responsibilities
• Handle enquiries from patients, next-of-kin, and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate appointments and admissions in accordance with clinical and operational guidelines
• Act as a liaison between patients, doctors, and hospital departments
• Provide personalised support and ensure a positive patient experience
• Manage patient requests, feedback, and service recovery when required
• Support VIP/VVIP coordination and ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Identify service gaps and support improvement initiatives
• Assist with reporting, data tracking, and administrative duties
• Participate in on-call duties based on roster
Requirements
• ‘O’ / ‘A’ Levels or Diploma qualification
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in healthcare or customer-facing roles
