A Day in the Life:
• Develop, implement, and maintain BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans.
• Coordinate and manage BIM models across all disciplines up to LOD 500.
• Perform model audits, clash detection, and quality assurance checks.
• Support BIM training sessions and provide technical guidance to project teams.
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet project requirements.
• Provide on-site coordination and support when required.
What We Are Looking For:
• Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of BIM coordination experience in architectural or interior projects.
• Strong detailing and documentation skills, with proficiency up to LOD 500.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
• Experience in theme park or museum projects will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore BIM standards.
