Clean and sanitize assigned guest rooms, including bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Strip beds, change linens, and make beds in accordance with established hotel standards.
Replenish amenities such as toiletries, towels, and linens in guest rooms.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and dust surfaces to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
Empty trash and replace garbage bags in guest rooms and common areas.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or equipment malfunctions to the housekeeping supervisor.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inform the housekeeping supervisor when supplies need replenishing.
Assist with laundry duties, including sorting, folding, and ironing linens if needed, towels, and other hotel textiles.
Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for both yourself and your guests.
Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a courteous and timely manner, providing exceptional customer service.
Manage all guests' requests and complaints and resolve the issues promptly and feedback to the team when necessary.
Assists with housekeeping operation when required and works closely with the Sales team and Operation to address the complaints or problems.
Ensure all guests are attended to in the building for their queries and concerns.
