Job Description
As a Junior Sales professional in Amstel's Structured Products and AMC team, you will join a young and fast-growing team with strong ambitions across Asia. Working closely with a Senior Sales professional, you will support existing client relationships, develop your knowledge of Structured Products, AMCs, and financial markets, and contribute to the distribution of investment solutions to clients.
As you gain experience, you will also be involved in identifying and developing new business opportunities, with a particular focus on North Asian clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn from experienced professionals while playing an active part in the growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in client acquisition and relationship management for structured solutions.
• Support senior team members in presenting and promoting Structured Products and AMCs.
• Execute trades and manage post-trade processes efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct market research and identify potential client opportunities.
• Help prepare client presentations, proposals, and reports.
• Participate in training programs to deepen product knowledge and sales skills.

What We Are Looking For
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in financial services, sales, or relevant internships.
• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Language: Mandarin is a plus.
