Job Summary:

The position has a dual function of providing the day-to-day administration and clinical support to the DRC programme as well as managing Gym Tonic (GT) programme, under the guidance of the GT programme IC.

Principal  Responsibilities and Duties:

Day Rehabilitation Programme

• Assist therapists in setting up and carrying out therapeutic activities (for individuals or groups) assigned
• Train clients and caregivers in functional skills and exercises, including the use of rehab equipment and assistive devices/appliances prescribed by the therapists
• Comply in practicing the requirements under infection control and environmental sanitation guideline

Gym Tonic Programme

• Support the programme IC in delivering gym tonic programme according to protocol
• Support in conducting pre and post assessment
• Guide client in blood pressure taking and monitoring pre and post sessions
• Train clients in using HUR machines

Administrative

• Complete basic documentation of clinical care as assigned
• Record visit logs and generate monthly log sheets
• Support in maintenance of therapy equipment
• Support in upkeeping the equipment inventory
• Support in scheduling appointments for clients
• Support in handling enquiries related to DRC programmes

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

• Min. O level qualification with health care related training.
• 2 to 3 years of working experience in the health care or community service sector
• Proficient in MS Word, Power point, Excel and Outlook
• Familiar with social and health care resources

• Working hours: 8 am to 4.30 pm (Mon-Fri)
• Work location: Jurong Island (Transport provided at Jurong East)
• Salary: $1800- $2200 + AWS + Variable Bonus

This position is more administrative and lesser lab testing but candidate is required to do simple test (physical testing like Particle size and colour chips) etc.

Responsibilities

• Administrative functions - scanning of documents, updating of data, instruction manual sorting, filing etc.
• 5S and housekeeping including lab waste disposal etc.
• Simple lab testing

We are seeking a meticulous and responsible Assistant Accountant to join our finance team in Singapore. The role will focus on day-to-day accounting operations, month-end closing, and preparation of consolidated financial reports across multiple entities.
