Job Responsibilities:
• Setting KPI and developing incoming job sheet
• Contacting merchant for installation appointment on the phone, by email, whatsapp and feed back to Bank
• Key in merchant profile into system
Operations :
• SPM level
• 2 years of experience as an operations administrator or in a similar position.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide
detailed explanations and convey information clearly to diverse merchant
• Proficiency in Microsoft and data management software.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
