Call Centre Support

• Act as the first point of contact and representative of the Company to customers under guidance from the team
• Assist in ensuring Call Centre service levels are met
• Provide accurate information to customer using approved scripts and guidelines

Creative & Marketing Support

• Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns and content series
• Support product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling initiatives
• Assist with basic photography or behind-the-scenes content when needed

• Passion for social media, content creation, and video storytelling
• Familiar with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and current trends
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Comfortable filming and being on camera
• Creative, proactive, and willing to experiment with ideas
• Good communication and teamwork skills

The Regional Road Transport team is responsible for the management and growth of DSV’s road transport business in APAC. In this fast-growing business segment we want to drive a clear strategic approach and improve our internal and external communication.

As part of a regional team, you will be reporting to the Senior Project Manager, Quality, Sustainability and Communications to support the 3 functions. You will be involved in the content creation of marketing materials, Social Media posts, preparation of materials for customer meetings, visualizing of our strategic roadmap, events management and marketing analytics and reporting and support the day-to-day requirements of the function. You will also be involved in dashboard updates, billing reports, sustainability report consolidation and take part in projects to further define strategic initiatives and communication of same.

-       Gather content from stakeholders and prepare material for management meetings

-       Develop an internal and external communication plan around our Road strategy

-       Support marketing activities across the region by working closely with the countries

-       Develop content and manage the content calendar for social media and internal sharepoint site

-       Continuously upgrade our marketing materials and produce new content for internal and external communications

-       Schedule & prepare meetings and strategy reviews/workshops as requested by C-suite executives

-       Support in the sustainability reporting and dashboard updates
