Job Responsibilities

• Assist in daily warehouse operations, including receiving, checking, and organizing incoming stock.

• Support order fulfilment processes such as picking, packing, labelling, and preparing customer orders for delivery.

• Perform inventory counting, stock reconciliation, and maintain accurate inventory records.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in replenishment planning to prevent stock shortages or overstock situations.

• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse partners, and delivery service providers to ensure smooth operations.

• Assist in preparing shipping documents, delivery orders, and inventory reports.

• Ensure products are stored properly according to company standards, especially for baby care products requiring quality and hygiene control.

• Support logistics improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

• Perform any other administrative and operational duties assigned by the supervisor.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Comfortable working in a warehouse and office environment.

• Ability to handle light physical tasks, including moving and organizing products when required.

Responsibilities:

· Coordinate recruitment activities (job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling)

· Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding documents

· Conduct employee orientation and onboarding arrangements

· Maintain accurate employee records (personal files, contracts, leave, attendance)

· Update HR databases and ensure compliance with company policies

· Process monthly payroll processing (attendance, overtime, commissions, allowances)

· Prepare documentation for disciplinary actions and performance management

· Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and Employment Act

· Handle work pass matters

· Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination

· Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and cleanliness

· Provide administrative and HR support to management

· Assist in company announcements and staff communications

· Support company events, staff engagement activities, and training coordination

Job Title: Marketing & Social Media Intern (AI-Driven)

Location: Singapore (Remote or Hybrid) Duration: 3–6 Months

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and tech-forward Marketing Intern to support our growing ecosystem, including our skincare brand and our Multi-Channel Network (MCN) operations. You won’t just be "doing social media"—you will be leveraging AI tools to scale content, managing influencer relationships, and helping us bridge the gap between the Singapore and Indonesia markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & AI Strategy: Assist in generating high-quality marketing copy, scripts, and visual concepts using AI tools (Gemini, ChatGPT, Midjourney).

• MCN & Influencer Coordination: Help identify, vet, and outreach to rising KOLs in the beauty and lifestyle space. Maintain our creator database and track campaign performance.

• Social Media Management: Manage daily postings and community engagement across TikTok, Instagram (Reels), and Xiaohongshu.

• Market Research: Conduct weekly "social buzz" reports on skincare trends in Indonesia vs. Singapore and track competitor MCN strategies.

• E-commerce Support: Assist in managing product listings and backend operations for platforms like TikTok Shop and Shopee.

Requirements & Skills

• Digital Native: Deep understanding of TikTok and Instagram algorithms.

• AI Proficiency: You should be comfortable using AI for brainstorming, drafting, or image generation.

• Language: Fluency in English.
