Job Overview

Reporting to the Senior Finance Executive, the Accounts Intern is to provide support in all aspects of the accounting function of the company.

Core responsibilities:

• Support in year-end and monthly closing, reconciliation, preparation of financial statements, GST reporting, cash flow and year-end audit.
• Help to handle data entry of accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Prepare schedules for external auditors during year-end audit, support Supervisor in suppliers and customers on billing and payment matters.
• Assist in dataentry for indirect procurement and preparing purchase orders.
• Assist in observing and verifying inventory count and reconciliation.
• Support and make active contributions to productivity and efficiency improvement initiatives across all departments (as and when required).
• Any other duties as and when assigned by Supervisor and Finance Manager

Job specifications:     

• Currently pursuing Diploma in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Meticulous in handling sensitive information, highly organized and efficient.
• Proactive, strong sense of accountability.
• Motivated to take on new challenges with strong desire to learn more about accounting and finance in an operational environment.

Period of Internship: August 2026 to February 2027

Job Summary

This marketing internship offers a focused, fully remote experience to promote a specific app to a targeted audience, aiming to increase active users and revenue share. The role includes guidance, scope for learning expansion, and potential full-time conversion.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase active users for a designated app within three months
• Collaborate to define the target audience and marketing objectives for the app
• Utilize personal devices to perform remote marketing tasks effectively
• Apply guidance provided to meet project goals and optimize user engagement
• Monitor and report on marketing progress and revenue share outcomes
• Explore additional apps and conversion opportunities as skills and results progress

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Willingness to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for project confidentiality

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Assisting with receiving, organizing, and tracking parts and supplies within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

2. Data Analysis: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data related to parts usage, demand, and availability.

3. Supply Chain Coordination: Supporting the coordination of parts movement across different locations within the APAC network and the MRO’s requirement.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and documenting transactions. (shipping invoices and AWBs)

5. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in parts management.

6. Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and the MRO Ops team and engineers for parts requirements.

7. Cycle count: Assisting with weekly cycle count to achieve a 99% accuracy on the SNG inventory.

8. Learning and Development: Gaining hands-on experience in parts logistics and supply chain operations.

9. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Education: Typically, interns pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are eligible.

2. Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in handling parts data and documentation.

3. Communication: Effective communication skills for collaborating with various teams.

4. Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.

5. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose solutions.
