LD Micro Precision Sdn Bhd sedang mencari Juruteknik CNC yang mahir (Pengilangan, Pemutaran, Pemotongan Wayar, Sinker EDM) untuk menyertai pasukan kami di Pulau Pinang. Sebagai Juruteknik CNC, anda akan bertanggungjawab mengendalikan mesin CNC canggih kami untuk menghasilkan bahagian dan komponen berketepatan tinggi. Tanggungjawab:

• Menyediakan dan mengendalikan Mesin CNC untuk menghasilkan bahagian mengikut lukisan dan dalam spesifikasi.
• Menyediakan, mengendalikan dan menyelenggara peralatan pengukur, tolok dan lekapan untuk pemeriksaan.
• Sentiasa menjaga kebersihan dan kekemasan kawasan kerja.
• Mampu melatih Operator Mesin untuk mengendalikan Mesin CNC.
• Bertanggungjawab untuk mengawal pembaziran bahan, mengurangkan kos pengeluaran dan mematuhi keperluan keselamatan.
• Mampu melakukan penyelesaian masalah mudah dan penyelenggaraan berkala pada Mesin CNC.
• Tanggungjawab untuk memaklumkan pihak atasan tentang keadaan mesin dan perkakas yang boleh menyebabkan masalah kualiti dan keselamatan.
• Menjalankan sebarang tanggungjawab lain apabila diarahkan oleh Pihak Pengurusan

Keperluan:

• Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Sijil, Diploma dalam Pemesinan Am atau setaraf.
• Graduan dari ILP, IKM, GMI, JMI, PSDC dan mana-mana institut teknikal Malaysia yang lain digalakkan untuk memohon.

About the role

LD Micro Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist (Milling, Turning, Wirecut, EDM Sinker) to join our team in Penang. As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for operating our state-of-the-art CNC machines to produce high-precision parts and components. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for career growth and development within our dynamic Mechanical Engineering organization.

Responsibilities:

• Setup and operate CNC Machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification.
• Setup, operate and maintains measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for inspection.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of work area at all time.
• Able to train Machine Operators to operate CNC Machine.
• Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction and compliance with safety requirements.
• Able to perform simple troubleshooting and regular maintenance on CNC Machines.
• Responsibility to inform superior on machine and tooling conditions that may cause quality and safety issue.
• Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificates, Diploma In General Machining or equivalent.
• Graduate from ILP,IKM,GMI, JMI, PSDC and any other Malaysia technical institute are encourage to apply.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Able to work in rotating shifts and perform overtime work.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
