ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You will be responsible for overall Environment, Health and Safety(EHS) for the Bangi Plant & Kajang Distribution Center to ensure full compliance with legal requirements, standards and company requirements. You will maintain good practices and continuously find avenues to improve along the way to achieve a high EHS standard in alignment with regional and corporate direction and guidelines. Act as support to the plant for special tasks or projects and provide input and guidance to the team to ensure that all EHS factors relevant to projects are addressed appropriately before and during the project. You will be based in Bangi Malaysia and also support the Kajang Distribution Center.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Responsible for all Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), ensuring the sites comply with local legal regulations, international standards and global safety and environment directives.
• Ensure site SOPs are aligned with ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards as well as Corporate EHS Standards, implemented & updated regularly. 
• Perform & update HIRARC for routine work 
• Develop a gemba program, ensure gemba walks are conducted according to plan & follow through on closure of findings. 
• Review of work instructions periodically and audit sites regularly in-accordance to local regulations and company EHS standards.
• Develop EHS yearly training plan & execute both internal and external training for relevant stakeholders (new employees, engineering, forklift drivers, operators and contractors etc.) 
• Support all stakeholders in EHS related matters before and during any projects to prevent any compliance issues and unwanted incidents by reviewing work method statements, risk assessments and Job Safety Analysis before providing work permits and monitoring the project. 
• Prepare and submit necessary reports e.g. monthly report, man hours, environmental metrics etc in the various reporting channels. 
• Lead accident/incident investigations and drive closure of corrective and preventive actions. 
• Assist with maintenance of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 program requirements and certification.
• Ensure EHS Committee Meetings are conducted and minutes are prepared and distributed. 
• Continuously build a positive safety culture for the sites by implementing innovative and creative programs for safety, health and well-being. 
• Plan and drive EHS initiatives to continuously reduce risks, improve effectiveness and improve efficiency by leveraging on feedback & new technology.
• Conduct Emergency response drill and maintain post mortem report on yearly basis
• Conduct self assessment for site EHS performance, identify and implement areas for improvement

We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Hostess to join our hospitality team in Sepang, Malaysia. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be instrumental in creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience. Reporting to the General Manager of Outlets, you will coordinate guest arrivals, manage reservations, and ensure seamless table operations while embodying our commitment to exceptional service and hospitality.

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and escort them to their tables with professionalism and courtesy
• Coordinate seating arrangements and table management to optimize guest flow and dining experience
• Manage and organize daily reservations using reservation management systems
• Maintain knowledge of all menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and special offerings to assist guests with informed recommendations
• Provide support to servers and bus staff as needed to ensure smooth outlet operations
• Perform opening and closing duties, including cleanliness checks and setup/breakdown of the host station
• Understand and utilize the point-of-sale (POS) system and shift-end reporting procedures
• Address guest inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism, resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, guest preferences, and special requests
• Adapt to changing priorities and guest needs in a fast-paced dining environment
• Uphold high standards of personal appearance and professional conduct at all times

You will report to the Head of Commercial System and work onsite in Grab office based in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

• You will lead and mentor a team of fullstack developers, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• You will collaborate with product managers and partners to define technical requirements and architectural decisions
• You will oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance
• You will establish coding standards, development processes, and quality assurance practices
• You will conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• You will optimize application performance, security, and reliability
• You will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending and implementing improvements as needed
• You will participate in technical decision-making and contribute to the overall technology strategy of the organization
• You will manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure high-quality releases

• Perform basic laboratory test as per accordance with approved test methods or procedures.
• Assisting Chemist / Microbiologist in carrying out laboratory testing, method development and compliance with QA/QC requirement.
• Ensure Good Housekeeping and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) in the laboratory.
• Ensure the sample preparation equipment are used and maintained in proper way.
• Adhere to group HSE safety procedures.
• Make sure all relevant raw data or test information to be correctly and accurately recorded in the provided raw data sheet or manual log book.
• To comply with all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) local regulation (Occupational Safety and Health Act 1996, Factory and Machinery Act 1967, Environmental Quality Act 1974).
• To perform any other task as assigned by his/her superior.
• To report any hazard/risk, near-miss and incident in Crystal system.
• Ensure that all Operational Integrity Management System (OIMS) requirements are met.
