Peranan & Tanggungjawab

Jawatan ini akan merangkumi kedua-dua fungsi Akaun belum bayar dan akaun belum terima.

Sebagai Pegawai Perakaunan, objektif keseluruhan anda adalah untuk bekerjasama dengan pasukan kewangan dengan bertanggungjawab terutamanya dalam pelaksanaan dan pengurusan portfolio AP dan AR harian di jabatan.

Tanggungjawab utama akan melibatkan skop berikut:

-Lejar Am dan penyelarasan kunci kira-kira.

Keperluan untuk peranan tersebut

The Market risk team at LDC is responsible for producing quantitative market risk metrics along with qualitative assessment of potential risks to the company portfolio due to changes in market conditions. You will work closely with traders, risk managers, and other stakeholders to provide analysis, report risk metrics, and develop insights into market movements.

Main Responsibilities:

• Independently run and validate daily Market Risk calculations, including VaR and key risk metrics, ensuring data integrity, model stability, and timely delivery.

Experiences:

• Prior experience in financial analysis or related roles is preferred, with exposure to physical and/or derivatives markets considered an advantage. Familiarity with commodities trading and market risk is a plus.
• Familiarity with market risk concepts and metrics, such as Value at Risk (VaR), stress testing, and exposure analysis, with the ability to interpret and explain risk movements.
• Exposure to risk systems, data analysis tools, or reporting platforms (e.g.,Python, Power BI, or similar) to support risk monitoring and reporting processes.
• Experienced in designing data modelling/analytics.
• Exposure to process improvement, automation, or data-driven initiatives (including use of analytics tools or AI-assisted workflows) to enhance risk reporting and monitoring efficiency.

• Organise and maintain departmental documentation and customer records, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and compliance.

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s
2. Degree/Post Graduate Diploma in any field (Engineering field is an added advantage).
3. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Mandarin speaking is an added advantage.
4. Required skill(s): Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong communication skills
5. Attitude: Customer and service-oriented, energetic and enthusiastic about interacting with people.
6. Customer Service, Team player, self-motivated to learn, effective communicator, and patient.
7. Capable of working independently and autonomously, while also being able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Actively approach customers who you see require additional help. Identify their needs by asking the right questions and advise them on the best solutions for their homes in order to exceed their expectations.
• Understand how to use the different IKEA sales and communication channels and know-how for the different customers you meet.
• Understand the store and department action plans. Responsibility for your department goals and know how you contribute.
• Lead/support the implementation of planned commercial activities involving your department throughout the store.
• Ensure your maximise sales whilst maintaining profitability by knowing and actively steering towards the top-selling and prioritised products (e.g. overstock/over tag).
• Demonstrate the ability to analyse and adjust sales space capacities based on system parameters (sales location management) to secure high stock availability.
• Be familiar with the IKEA social and environmental commitments and know how you can contribute to sustainability.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

• Assist in preparing, organising, and maintaining audit-ready documentation
• Support the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Ensure business processes are clearly documented, structured, and consistently maintained
• Identify gaps, missing records, or inconsistencies in documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather required supporting evidence and information
• Maintain proper version control and accuracy of all process documentation
• Support internal audit preparation activities and documentation checks
• Help standardise templates and documentation formats across teams
• Convert unstructured workflows into clear, step-by-step process documents
