Scope of Work
IT Management
·        Provide end user support, hardware and softwareapplication troubleshooting, installation and configuration of workstation andother IT equipment
·        Evaluate, test and deploy all software andhardware upgrades to the desktop
·        Perform daily system monitoring, housekeeping,backup and maintenance of systems
·        Assist to maintain operational procedure,configuration, inventory control and IT procurement
Administrative
·        Assist in the maintenance and management of useraccount and administration
·        Liaison on hardware & software maintenance
·        Assist in updating IT documentation
Any other duties/ projects as assigned
Requirements
·        Minimum Professional Certificate / Diploma / ITE in ComputerScience or Information Technology or equivalent
·        Required Skill(s):knowledge of hardware and software, Ability to work well with people, ProblemSolving, Resourcefulness
·        Priorexperience in tech support, desktop support, or a similar role will be anadvantage
·        Good interpersonal skills
·        Able to multi-task and work independently
·        Able to start work immediately, an advantage
