We are seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (ACMV) to oversee site execution and material management for ACMV works for project in Tuas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage site installation works for ACMV systems including ducting, piping and equipment
• Plan, prepare and manage material requisitions in accordance with project specifications and schedule
• Coordinate with procurement, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Supervise site activities and ensure works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings and method statements
• Liaise with main contractor, consultants and other trades for coordination and progress of works
• Monitor project progress, manpower deployment and site productivity
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and technical documentation
• Resolve site technical issues and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
• Assist in testing and commissioning of ACMV systems
• Prepare progress reports and support project documentation

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in ACMV works, with strong site experience
• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems including ducting, chilled water systems and ventilation systems
• Experience in material requisition, procurement coordination and project planning
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Familiar with local codes, standards and site practices in Singapore
• Willing to work at Tuas project site

Key Job Accountabilities
