Key Duties
Market Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and evaluate distributors, rental equipment companies, EPCs, and industrial clients
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and opportunity analysis
• Generate leads via cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, calls, exhibitions, conferences, and trade missions
Partnership Development & Commercial Support
• Qualify prospects and build long-term distributor relationships
• Support contract discussions and commercial negotiations under CEO direction
• Coordinate with technical and marketing teams to prepare proposals and presentations
• Assist in onboarding new distributors and partners
Strategy & Reporting
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on pipeline, outreach performance, and market trends
• Track distributor performance and regional sales activities
• Support regional business strategy development
Brand Representation
• Represent Organisation at international trade shows and partner meetings
• Promote BESS and hybrid energy solutions to overseas markets
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, or related discipline
• 2 - 5 years of experience in international business development, industrial equipment, energy solutions, or construction-related industries (Power Generator Field)
• Experience in Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), Power Systems, or Construction Equipment is an advantage
• Strong communication, networking, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Independent, proactive, and results-oriented mindset
