The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for Confetti’s suite of marketing solutions. This is a hunter role and you will be expected to proactively prospect, pitch, and close new business, with a strong emphasis on bringing retainer clients onboard from Day 1. What We’re Looking For

Must-Have:

• Min 3 years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing agency, influencer marketing agency, or media company in Singapore
• Some existing network of brand managers, marketing managers, or e-commerce leads in Singapore that can be converted into clients
• Working knowledge of the Instagram, TikTok and Shopee creator ecosystem — you understand what a KOL, UGC, and livestream GMV target means without needing it explained
• Proven track record of closing retainer or project-based deals in a services environment
