About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with learners, trainers, and internal/external stakeholders to ensure smooth programme delivery

• Provide support to learners and corporate clients via phone, email, and walk-ins

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities

• Assist in classroom facilitation and coordination

• Prepare training/course materials

• Perform administrative duties (attendance tracking, evaluations, document filing, etc.)

• Monitor and schedule training programmes to ensure compliance requirements are met

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and training-related projects

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of written and spoken English

• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on business performance and execution progress

The Successful Applicant

• Minimum 10 years' experience in key account management within consumer industries
