• Make analysis with adequate conclusions and recommendations (reports) for how to solve complex technical problems of the customer. Report on the related work progress to relevant stakeholders.

• Communicate and propose improvement needs of the products and solutions for relevant internal stakeholders.

• Participate in product development and product improvement projects.

• Participate in development of new working methods with own responsibility area.

• Provide technical support to internal and external customers.

• Analyses field experience and customer feedback data in order to improve the products and solutions as well as operation and maintenance of the installation.

• Support in technical matters when new products or components are developed and launched.

• Proactively work to enable cross-divisional and cross-organizational cooperation.

• Coach and mentor less experienced technical experts and field service engineers.

• Participate in customer and/or internal meetings as a technical leader, when complex technical matters are handled.

• Share technical knowledge with internal and external stakeholders.

• Ensure know-how and professional competence development within respective technical expert area.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering or in Marine, Mechanical or other applicable technical degree

• Minimum 3+ years of related experience with all 2-stroke engines, controls and its technologies.

• Relevant experiences of other marine products.

• Broad and strong knowledge and understanding of the marine engines and prolusion systems.

• Advanced analytical skills in technical problem solving.

• Fluent in English, both verbally and written

• Strong Customer focus & service mind-set and Communication skills.

• Strong Teamwork skills and drive for performance with positive attitude and ability to inspire others.

• Experience in working in international environment and willingness to travel.

• Motivated to learn and grow professionally.
