Job Responsibilities:

• Order & Backlog Management: Managing the customer demand and provide delivery schedule to customers. Track on demand waterfall and monitor on Customer pull plan and ensure on time delivery (OTD). Co-ordinate Return Material Authorizations (RMAs), repairs, and replacements with customers. Attend Conference calls / meeting with Customer to understand requirement and resolve issues

• Commercial Support: Assisting the Program Manager in achieving financial goals for sales and cash flow. This includes tracking Accounts Receivable (AR) issues and resolving payment delays. Job Requirements:

The Role

Role Purpose

Experience & Qualifications

Required

Preferred

• 10+ years in telecommunications networks (preferably wireless) and/or enterprise‑scale software deployments; utility domain expertise (AMI, MDMS, DERMS etc.) advantageous.

• Experience in integration and deployment of large scale IoT devices and platforms into the client's existing infrastructure.

Education

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, telecommunications or electrical engineering; MBA preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Certifications
