Qualification & Experience:

• Min 5 years working experience as Civil Engineering and related experience, under property/ construction and development industry.
• Degree in Civil Engineering, or equivalent. Professional Engineer (PE) status is an advantage.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Bukit Mertajam and willing to travel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English

Job Description:

• Liaise and coordinate with all consultants, contractors, suppliers and local authorities.
• Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of construction works accordance with approved specification, quality and schedule.
• Oversee the whole project department; provide necessary technical supports, action plans and advice to ensure smooth implementation of projects.
• Work closely with all consultants in establishing drawing for tender and construction.
• Organize and monitor the submission status at various stages of development process.
• Resolve design / construction site constrains and concerns.
• Ensure that the Certificate of Compliance and Completion (CCC) is obtained on time.
• Check all drawings to ensure drawings are well coordinated and developer’s requirements are met.
• Lead QAQC team to handle defect works after handover to house owner.

Requirements:

• Able to work independently
• At least 5 years in Civil Engineering (Structure design)
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in Architecture/Building/Civil Engineering/ Project Management / Project Development)
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia both written and spoken is preferred.
• Well versed in MS Office and AutoCAD

Responsibilities

• Establish sales objectives aligned with company policies and strategic goals to drive business growth

Key Responsibilities

1.Adapt and localise brand materials (brand guidelines, product catalogues, videos, website content) for SEA markets; ensure content aligns with local language, cultural context, and business practices

The Site Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and supervision of site operations. The role focuses on ensuring works are carried out safely, in compliance with regulatory requirements, and in accordance with project quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate construction activities.
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, statutory regulations, and project safety requirements.

• Implement and enforce Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QAQC) procedures and inspection regimes.
• Review and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.

• Maintain proper documentation for inspections, testing records, and quality submissions.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensure sites comply with regulatory, authority, and project quality requirements.

• Liaise with HDB teams, including the CAD Team, BIT Team, and other relevant departments, on technical clarifications, inspections, and compliance matters.

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering OR 10 years of relevant experience.

The Role

We are looking for a hands-on leader to oversee the system engineering and integration of our anti-drone systems. You will manage the technical heartbeat of our products, from portable, fixed site to  mobile anti-drone systems - ensuring hardware, software, and security work perfectly together.

Key Responsibilities

1. System Design: Lead the engineering team in building high-performance anti-drone platforms for portable, fixed, mobile including vehicle use.
2. C2 Management: Oversee the "Command and Control" software that connects passive and active sensors with drone-stopping technology.
3. Cyber & IT Security: Manage the cybersecurity team to fulfil cybersecurity needs and maintain data servers that powers the anti-drone system.
4. Technical Documentation: Oversee the creation and maintenance of high-quality technical manuals, system architectures, and compliance records for all products.
5. Technical Standards: Turn customer needs into clear technical plans and ensure every product meets high quality and defense standards.
6. Team Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Cyber, and production teams to keep projects moving and solve technical roadblocks.

Qualifications &Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, ComputerScience, SystemsEngineering, or a related technical discipline.

2. Minimum Experience:

• At least 8 to 10 years of experience in systems engineering, preferably within the aerospace or defense sectors.
• A minimum of 3 to 5 years in a direct leadership or management role overseeing multi-disciplinary engineering teams.

3. Technical Expertise:

• Proven experience with Command and Control (C2) systems, sensor and target fusion.

4. Certifications(Preferred):

• Systems Engineering: INCOSE CSEP (Certified SystemsEngineering Professional).
• Project Management: Project Management Professional
