Job Responsibilities :

• Handle marketing and promotional activities, including event organization, sales promotions, and exhibitions.
• Plan, purchase, and distribute Advertising & Promotion (A&P) materials, and maintain proper stock records.
• Assist in conducting market research and collecting relevant data.
• Compile and distribute sales reports and statistical reports.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Agriculture Science, Communication, or a related field.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Good team player with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages is an added advantage.
• Based at Pulau Indah, Port Klang, Selangor, and willing to travel when required.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
• Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
• Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
• Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and invoices
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support other departments when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Melaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

Working Condition and Physical Environment

• Working hours from 830am-6pm, Monday to Friday

Job Description :-

•  Handling and following up quotation on a timely manner.
• Interact with customers on Call In sales inquiries.
• Processing of incoming orders and delivery arrangement.
•  Responding swiftly to customers with after-sales support
• Assist Outdoor Sales on administrative task and coordination internally & external
• Stay knowledgeable in standard products development and departmental workflow
• Communicate and liaise with all departments to ensure work is carry out efficiently
• Maintain record of documentation file for analysis
•  Provide consistence high levels of good customer support and service
•  Assisting in additional adhoc work assigned and directed by management

Job Requirement :-

• At least 2 years working experience as Sales Co-Ordinator is advantage.
• Minium STPM or Diploma in any Engineering discipline
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential, as well as other local dialects is added advantage
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast paced working environment
• Computer skills knowledge of Microsoft office products, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
