• Provide administrative and coordination support for HR projects and workforce initiatives.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely follow-up and completion of project deliverables.

• Handle stakeholder enquiries and support project-related communications.
• Assist with recruitment administration, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate coordination, and maintenance of recruitment trackers.
• Prepare reports, presentations, trackers, and other administrative documents.
• Provide general administrative support and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Min Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Prior experience in administration, HR operations, project coordination, or recruitment support will be advantageous.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle claims registration for Life Insurance and General Insurance Personal Lines within the required turnaround time and ensure that claims are registered accurately in the system.
• Handle screening of medical bills to verify with policy information and status.
• Support claim officers in the requisition for payments on approved claims.
• Liaise with claimants, policyholders and agents on outstanding requirements including sending acknowledgement email Attend to escalated claims enquiries
• Build collaborative relationships with and ensure that claims registration are well managed for both internal and external key stakeholders (i.e policyholders, distribution servicing rep) to achieve claims business objectives.
• Suggest and participate in process improvement projects/ initiatives/ system enhancement, including establish claims best practices.
• Any other ad-hoc projects assigned by supervisor

• Minimum Diploma in any field with admin duties or customer service experience
• Comfortable to OT daily

• Ensuring tools and equipment are issued and returned in proper working condition
• Data entry of records
• Other duties as when assigned by Supervisors

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent
• Applicants with call center or customer service experience will have an added advantage.
• Must be willing to work on shift schedules
