This includes ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to policy, applying sound ethical judgment, and escalating, managing, and transparently reporting control issues.

• Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members

• Implement team procedures, facilitate client problem resolution, and manage both internal and external client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 5 – 8 years of relevant experience and >6 years of financial services industry experience

• Knowledge of product control, credit, product development, and/or analytics

• Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

• Demonstrated analytical skills

• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

Education:

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience
