Duties & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and office operations
• Maintain and organize company records, documents, and filing systems
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors/suppliers
• Manage correspondence (emails, phone calls, letters)
• Assist in preparing reports, quotations, and invoices
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
• Support other departments when required

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Melaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive attitude

Working Condition and Physical Environment

• Working hours from 830am-6pm, Monday to Friday
