• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI, Tableau, or SQL is a plus
• Proficient in data analysis and data cleansing using Power BI/Tableau;
• Strong ability to write basic to advanced SQL queries;
• Basic CRM knowledge (e.g.Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc. ).
• Basic IT troubleshooting skills

 Other Skills:

• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude;
• Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in product development;
• Understanding of various data structures and common data transformation methods;

Location: Hybrid (Singapore)
