Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and timely quotations to support sales activities and tender submissions.
• Follow up on sales orders to ensure smooth processing and high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Generate reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date databases for operational tracking and management review.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to support retention and service excellence.
• Prepare documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office to support sales and marketing activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve shared objectives and meet operational deliverables.
• Manage administrative tasks with a high level of organisation and attention to detail.
• Support sales and inventory processes using SAP, SAGE, or other ERP systems, where applicable.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in sales support, order management, or business operations.
• Experience in the scientific or medical equipment, devices, or consumables industry is an added advantage.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in spoken and written English for liaising with English-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Meticulous, well-organised, and detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Team-oriented individual with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
