Responsibilities
- Support deployment and implementation of AI / HPC infrastructure including servers, storage, networking, and virtualisation
- Assist in system setup, configuration, and testing across project environments
- Support project documentation such as design, testing, and system implementation records
- Work with project teams and engineers to deliver solutions within timelines
- Troubleshoot system issues and support resolution of technical incidents
- Liaise with vendors and internal teams to track and resolve support cases
- Participate in testing activities such as system integration and user acceptance
- Stay updated on new technologies and support continuous learning in AI / HPC environments
Requirements
- Diploma in IT or related field with at least 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems and general IT infrastructure (networking, virtualisation, or storage)
- Strong problem-solving skills with willingness to learn new technologies
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team environment
