1. Quality Management System (ISO 9001)

- Maintain, implement, and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001 requirements.

- Support internal and external audits, including preparation, execution, and closure of audit findings.

2. Supplier Quality Management

- Develop and manage supplier quality programs to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.

- Support new product introduction (NPI) activities including risk assessment (FMEA), control plans, and process validation.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.

- Ensure compliance with customer requirements, technical specifications, and industry standards.

4. Inspection & Testing

- Define and maintain inspection plans and quality criteria for incoming, in-process, and final inspection.

- Work with metrology and inspection teams to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurements.

- Ensure calibration and maintenance of inspection equipment.

5. Data Analysis & Reporting

- Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

- Prepare regular quality reports and dashboards for management review.

- Support decision-making through statistical analysis (SPC, Cp/Cpk).

6. Cross-Functional Collaboration

- Work closely with engineering, production, procurement, and customers to resolve quality issues.

Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Responsible for the execution of civil and structural design involving the preparation of calculations and review of structural design drawings in accordance to customers' specifications, applicable codes, standards and other generally accepted practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Analyze SPC charts. Understand the rules and their significance. Perform proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices.
• Use JMP and Klarity ACE to analyze split lot, DOE data, and sort yield.
• Upload recipes using RMS, check recipes, and ensure recipe content compliance.
• Follow up on 3L5W, MRB, 8D, TECN, or update specifications through ECN. Provide guidance to junior engineers.
• Set up and troubleshoot issues in recipes/job files in all metrology tools within the module.
• Act as a process engineer for new equipment acceptance. Understand the concept of repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) run.

Job Responsibilities:

• Review of tender documents

• Preparing, compiling bid proposal in accordance with the customer specification

• Coordinate and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely responses to queries subsequent to bid submission

Implicant Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore deep-tech spin-off from NTU SPMS. We build machine learning models that are interpretable by design and run on encrypted data using fully homomorphic encryption (FHE). We are building a managed cloud platform for FHE-protected interpretable model training and inference, targeting financial services, defense, healthcare, and clinical analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship features across the Implicant platform end-to-end, from database migration through API to frontend, with no handoffs.

• Extend the training and inference platform (data ingestion, training jobs, Pareto frontier analysis, rule extraction, distillation pipelines).

• Maintain and grow the customer-facing dashboard (inference page, model catalogue, billing).

• Co-build the external API and Python SDK alongside the current full-stack lead.

• Implement the FHE bootstrap key onboarding flow for clients running encrypted inference.

• Wire Stripe billing and metering into the platform.

• Own backend workflows for training jobs and asynchronous compute (FastAPI with Temporal-style orchestration).

• Contribute to platform security and reliability (row-level security, authentication, audit logging).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• 4 years of relevant experience

• Proven experience as full-stack engineer

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with other engineers.

• At least 3 years of full-stack experience shipping customer-facing software end-to-end.

• Strong working knowledge of Python with FastAPI (or similar) and TypeScript with a modern frontend framework (Svelte preferred; React or Vue acceptable).

• Production experience with PostgreSQL, including row-level security.

• Good understanding of Machine Learning (architecture principles and ML librairies)

• ML-literate: comfortable reading scikit-learn and PyTorch code and working with tabular machine learning workflows.

• Comfortable in a small team with direct ownership and minimal process overhead.
