AECOM is seeking a Graduate Overhead Line Equipment (OHLE) Engineer to join our growing Rail team in Brisbane. With a strong pipeline of major rail and infrastructure projects across Queensland and Australia, this is an exciting opportunity to begin your career working on large-scale, city-shaping transport projects.

OHLE is critical for modern rail, especially as cities move toward more sustainable, electrified transport systems.

How you’ll make a difference:

In this role, you will support the team in:

• Support the design of overhead line equipment systems, including wiring layouts and supporting structures
• Assist in developing design documentation and drawings for rail electrification projects
• Learn to apply relevant standards and specifications (e.g. 25kV AC, 750V DC and 1500V DC systems)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams such as track, civil, power and signalling engineers
• Contribute to construction support activities, including site inspections and technical queries
• Support the identification and resolution of technical issues throughout the project lifecycle
