We are looking for a Software Engineer to join a growing Singapore hub and play a key role in building and enhancing internal business systems, digital platforms, and data applications that support R&D, operations, quality and commercial teams.

This is a key technical role focused on developing scalable software solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable data-driven decision-making, and support ongoing digital transformation across the organisation, including internal systems (such as CRM/ERP-like platforms and workflow tools).

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain internal business systems and applications (e.g. workflow tools, CRM/ERP-like platforms, operational systems)
• Build digital solutions that streamline processes across R&D, operations, quality and commercial functions
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions
• Support integration of systems and databases across different business functions and platforms
• Automate manual workflows and business processes to improve operational efficiency across departments
• Manage data flow, storage and integrity across internal systems
• Support digitalisation of product, testing and operational data to improve traceability and system integration
• Troubleshoot, debug and continuously improve existing applications and systems

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline
• Experience in software development (backend, full-stack or systems development)
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C#, JavaScript or similar
• Strong understanding of databases (SQL) and data modelling
• Experience building web applications, APIs or internal enterprise tools
• Ability to work with non-technical stakeholders to gather and translate requirements

Requirement

• Experience in CNC machines; familiarity with FANUC controls.
  Experienced in operating a range of forming and stamping equipment, including vertical and horizontal electric or hydraulic machines.
  Skilled in surface treatment technologies for mechanical components, with knowledge of surface finish requirements and their impact on mechanical performance.Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings, including dimensional specifications, cosmetic standards, and geometric tolerances.
  Operate and use various inspection equipment: air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspectoon (AOI) equipment.OR
  Proficient in laser welding, marking, and cuting processes and equipment operation

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and stakeholders in China to provide production support and drive continuous improvement towards meeting or exceeding established KPIs.
• Education: Degree or above in Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related engineering fields.
• B3 in O Level Chinese is required to support Chinese speaking internal and external stakeholder.
