Position Overview：

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a key communication bridge between our Malaysia team and U.S. retail customers as well as the U.S. sales team. This role primarily communicates with customers through email, ensuring product requirements are accurately understood and efficiently implemented. What You'll Be Doing:

Customer Communication & Order Management

Your Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline.
• More than 1 year of experience in sales support, order management, or related roles; candidates with both engineering and business backgrounds are preferred.
• Fresh graduates who are proficient in both Chinese and English are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP systems is an advantage.

As a Sales Admin, you will play a critical supporting role in Revenue’s sales operations. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented junior executive or fresh graduate who wants exposure to payment solutions, merchant onboarding, and bank coordination within a fast-moving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Onboarding & Documentation Support

• Prepare, process, and verify merchant applications (payment terminals, CMS, reseller, channel partners).
